Cardamom Ground Spice

Cardamom is strong aromatic spice used to assist with digestion. Benefits include; appetiser, carminative, stimulant and stomachic. The antioxidant and diuretic properties may lower blood pressure and may assist with bad breath and preventing cavities whilst treating infection.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
