Cornsilk Herbal Tea

Corn silk contains proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Medicinally, it has been used for bladder infections, inflammation of the urinary system, prostate inflammation, kidney stones, and even bedwetting. It has also been used to treat congestive heart failure, diabetes, high blood pressure, fatigue, and high cholesterol levels.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
