Couch Grass Herbal Tea

Couch grass has been used to treat gout, rheumatic disorders, chronic skin condition and urinary tract, bladder and kidney disorders. A weed, couch grass is widely distributed throughout the Northern Hemisphere, with a bland yet slightly sweet taste. Couch grass is quite nutritious herb, containing vitamins A and B, potassium and iron.

This herb should be used in conjunction with a nutritive diet and not take the place of a nutritive diet. Not recommended during pregnancy.
