Peppermint is antispasmodic, antiseptic, anaesthetic, astringent, analgesic and diaphoretic. It’s considered a tonic, decongestant, stimulant, stomachic and antiemetic. Plant properties includes relieves nausea and motion sickness, helps IBS symptoms, aids in relieving hangovers, decreases flatulence, calms, restores and lends clarity, relieves toothaches and headaches, clears throat, boosts energy.
