Plantain an astringent, demulcent, cooling, detoxifying and antiseptic, a decongestant, de-obstruent, expectorant and diuretic. Plant properties includes promoting healing, fights infection, great for soothing allergies and asthma, soothes and reduces pain and spasms, detoxifies the colon and liver, treats prostate enlargement.
